Screen Printing

What Is It?
Screen printing is an ancient practice originating in the Song Dynasty in China. Artists would use screens made of a tightly woven mesh of human hair, it was strong and fine enough to allow dyes to pass through onto the substrate. A tried-and-true method for printing ink on garments and a variety of substrates, screen printing is a labor intensive process designed to quickly produce hundreds (if not thousands) of prints very quickly. Durable, cost-efficient and high quality are some of the many reasons why screen printing is one of the most popular methods of printing garments
A properly cured Screen printed shirt will result in the print outlasting the garment. The typical quantity, depending on design and colour count, where Screen Printing becomes more cost effective is at about 25 units. For runs less than 25, we almost always recommend DTF.
Pricing is based on the number of colours, number of garments and set up time required to run your job. This makes it necessary to quote every job. Please use our Screen Printing quote page to get your order started.
